Dns client errors after changing host file

I recently had to completely refresh my host file and followed the windows and 10 instructions on how to do it. But now I get this constantly in event viewer. Please help.

    Thanks. I thought you did a PC Reset.

    Try to Reset the Permissions of the Hosts file, by adding a Reset Permissions option to the context menu.

    When it is added, right-click the Hosts file and select Reset permissions.

    Reboot and see if the issue resolves.
