    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

If you're experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues on your Windows PC with the Edimax EW-7611ULB adapter, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Check Bluetooth Adapter and Device Compatibility: Make sure that the Edimax EW-7611ULB adapter is compatible with your PC and the device you are trying to connect. Check the manufacturer's website for compatibility information and updated drivers.

    2. Enable Bluetooth and Pairing: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Windows PC. You can usually find the Bluetooth toggle in the Action Center or in the Settings app under "Devices" > "Bluetooth & other devices." Turn on Bluetooth and make sure it is discoverable.

    3. Update Bluetooth Drivers: Even if you believe you have the best driver, it's still worth checking for updated drivers on the manufacturer's website or using the Windows Update feature to search for driver updates.

    4. Restart Bluetooth Services: Sometimes, restarting the Bluetooth services can resolve connectivity issues. Here's how to do it:

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type "services.msc" (without quotes) and press Enter.
    3. In the Services window, locate "Bluetooth Support Service."
    4. Right-click on it and select "Restart."

    5. Remove and Re-pair Devices: If you've previously paired devices, try removing them and re-pairing them again. To do this:

    1. Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Bluetooth & other devices."
    2. Under "Bluetooth," click on the device you want to remove and select "Remove device."
    3. Pair the device again by clicking "Add Bluetooth or other device" and following the on-screen instructions.

    6. Check for Interference: Bluetooth signals can be affected by interference from other wireless devices or objects. Ensure there are no other electronic devices or large metal objects that might cause interference between your PC and the Bluetooth device.

    7. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter that can help identify and fix common issues. To run the Bluetooth troubleshooter:

    1. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot."
    2. Under "Find and fix other problems," select "Bluetooth" and click "Run the troubleshooter."

    8. Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Adapter: If none of the above solutions work, try uninstalling the Bluetooth adapter from the Device Manager and then reinstalling it. To do this:

    1. Right-click the Start button and select "Device Manager."
    2. Expand the "Bluetooth" category, right-click on the Bluetooth adapter, and select "Uninstall device."
    3. Restart your PC, and Windows will automatically reinstall the Bluetooth adapter.

If you still can't connect your Bluetooth devices after trying these steps, there might be an issue with the adapter itself, or there could be other underlying system issues. In such cases, you may want to contact Edimax support for further assistance.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.

    Best regards
