Roblox Loading Screen Problem

Question

when i open roblox and want to join game it join and say Joining Server and still like this for hours, i thought it's problem in my internet but it's not because i checked roblox from phone and it work and played another games in pc and it's work with strong internet, anyone know how to solve that problem?
