Old folder during clean install

Current version Windows 11 22H2 22621.1848 Public Release non insider account.

I just did a clean install back on 04 Jun 23. During install I had Windows delete all partitions off the drive on which I installed it. Today I was looking around on my C drive and noticed that Microsoft had put an empty folder "PerfLogs" dated 05/07/2022 12:24 AM during install.

Does anyone know why Microsoft would install that outdated Empty folder on my system?

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Rest assured that does not indicate a problem, that Performance Logs folder will always have that exact date after a full clean install it is the date on that folder in the Windows 11 image, that happens to many folders and files after a full clean installation and will not affect your new installation, Microsoft have never provided an explanation why some files and folders on a new installation will contain the dates the original mage was created.
