Today I was downloading a iso file to be use in a virtual machine for a test, and once I was done I just deleted it but I couldn't,

it said "The action cannot be completed because the file is open in System" when I just ejected it a moment ago, now when I try to mount it it just said "the disk isn't initialized" and I have to "Use the disk management snap-in to make sure the disk are in a usable state" can anyone fix it? thank you.

    Hi Andrei,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click your Start Button, then just type resmon.exe and press Enter

That will open the Resource Monitor utility

    Select the CPU tab

Then close up the Processes and Services sections

In the search box on the 'Associated Handlers' section, type the exact path to the ISO you are having difficulty with.

That should then show what process(es) or application(s) is accessing the ISO.
