Thank you for that information, this is just a glitch, rest assured you haven nothing to worry about, this is not an indication of anything wrong with your system. the Task Manager app, is graphically intensive and uses DWM.exe to generate the interface and that process may use a lot of your graphics car for a second or two to generate the interface.
Task manager NVIDIA glitch?
Whenever I check the task manager, for a brief moment it shows the NVIDIA driver at 100% usage before quickly going down to 0. Is this a glitch or is there something else behind this?

Most likely it is just a glitch and nothing to worry about.
Open Task Manager, then after the Nvidia driver settles down and leave that window open to monitor it.
Open some other large application, does the Nvidia driver jump to 100% when that other application is opening?
