Hi,

Since a while I'm facing an issue of high CPU usage on my laptop because of Microsoft Click-to-Run, I tried to disable the application from the system but it started another issue which is it doesn't open Outlook anymore, I think in the same time I have this Antimalware service also consuming a lot of my memory and if I understood correctly they are connected together.

Any helpful solutions for this? my laptop is super quite but with those 2 the fan is always running and the device is heating up as well.

Thanks,

My Office stops working intermittently with error 0x426-x0x0 which is fixed by going into Microsoft click to run settings (local) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\OfficeClickToRun.exe" /service, to "Automatic" as it has some how switched to "Manual" of its own accord - under Start Up Type. It is usally weeks or months between occurrences but today each time I re start my computer?? Any suggestions please. Note I am in no way an IT person!
