Event 41 BugcheckCode 307

My system keeps crashing, usually after a couple of hours of playing, or when I launch the game.

There are very strange restarts, such as: 1.The screen just goes dark, but the sounds continue, even I can talk to my friends on Discord, and after a couple of minutes the computer reboots. 2. The computer simply reboots quickly. 3. The computer reboots and enters the bios and does not see hard drives (turning off the computer completely and turning it on again solves this problem).

The last of my reboots was exactly the first option mentioned above, after which I went to the Event Viewer and saw that the BugCheck code was 307 and not 0 as in other cases, and there was also a message that The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff8014431c340, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.  In this disk I will attach a dmp file and a copy of the Event file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NkloCZ2JPMxorIo-bMVynlA9OdcoQASL?usp=sharing

Thanks for your quick response, I did everything you said above, but unfortunately today it happened again, but now BugCheckCode is 278.

Here is a new link to the dmp file and a copy of the event file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yb6SbiB9rCzj\_0lsLGsCj0lcCffl1l2g?usp=sharing

    Hi artemshevchuk,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

The dump file indicated the file "nvlddmkm.sys". This file is related to the NVidia graphics card.

    Please try the following.

    1. Install the latest Windows updates.
    2. Update or Rollback the NVidia driver in the Device Manager.

Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your NVidia driver >> click Update Driver.

If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your NVidia driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

    1. Use the NVidia Geforce Experience Software to update the driver.
    2. Clean uninstall the currently installed NVidia driver using DDU then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's/NVidia support website.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

The most recent BSOD error is still caused by the Nvidia driver.

Can you try to clean install an older version of the Nvidia driver?

Also, check for the latest BIOS update.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
