BSOD "System Thread Exception Not Handled" with Unity and Meta Quest 2

I'm getting this BSOD "System Thread Exception Not Handled" error and my computer crashes sometimes when I try to use the Unity Game Engine and the Meta Quest 2 Headset. It has happened the last two times when I was trying to build a Unity project to the Meta Quest 2 Headset. I've already re-installed the NVIDIA drivers but it hasn't helped. Attached are the minidump files.

Thanks for the help, Igor. The first time I tried running the Windows memory diagnostic tool, it got stuck at 21%, the 2nd time I tried turning the cache on and it got stuck at 44%. It appears that I have some of the results displayed in my event viewer. Is there a good way to share those with you?

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

The dump shows memory access violation and point to a hardware as a possible problem source. Please run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 2-3 hours means memory error too.
