Teams Audio Conferencing Conference ID

When a user is assigned an Audio Conferencing license they receive an email with their PIN, phone number and "Conference ID". What is this conference ID used for? This is not the one that is sent out when scheduling meetings since those are different conference ID's for each meeting.

    The Teams Audio Conferencing ID is a numeric code assigned to each Microsoft Teams user. Without your Teams PIN when dialing in via phone, you may be placed in the Audio Conference center lobby. For more details about it, you can refer to:
