DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE help

I already tried to get help with this error here and I explained it, but I didn't get any help, so I am trying again. DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE Error - Microsoft Community but A new problem is that I need to go into safe mode with internet and I can't. When I try to go into network and internet settings, I can't change any of my Wi-Fi connections because it says Not connected. So, I can't even change any of my Wi-Fi connections when I try to sign out and go to the bottom right and select the internet option nothing is there ether only airplane mode.     The link did not have tune up plus results but displayed msi afterburner.

    I did 2 and 4 but still can't do 5 because of no internet.
