I don't know any program that can do the things that you mentioned.

Anyway, let me know if updating the driver solves the issue.

    Thanks.

I will try update both drivers. Is there any application for "FPS's variation over time" . Is there a program that shows the FPS drop intervals and identifies which component performs poorly during those intervals. I will update post when i update drivers.

I'm not really sure if it is really related to the PC stuttering issue but almost all of the system events are Event 14 TPM errors. It says that "The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. "

I will recomend that you update Windows and the BIOS to the latest version if available.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi EsatTEMEL,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you share the system event logs? It might help us determine the cause of the issue.

    >> Open Event Viewer.

    >> Click Windows Logs.

    >> Right-click System.

    >> click "Save all events as"

    >> Select location, name the file, and click Save.

    >> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.

    >> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

    Thanks.
