DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE Error

When I boot up into Windows 11 on my Lenovo laptop the touchpad and keyboard don't work and after like 3 minutes of logging in a blue screen error shows up and says "your device ran into problem needs to restart" with a stop code of DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FALURE then it restarts, and same thing happens over again. I already tried manual restart and looking for updates, but it keeps doing it

I am sorry to hear that.

Have you installed the older version?

Thanks for sharing the minidump files, lila,

The minidump files indicate mtkbtfilterx.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to the MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter driver.

To fix the issue, try downloading and installing the latest driver only from the manufacturer's official website.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Hi lila,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.

Also, check C:\Windows and share the MEMORY.DMP file.

If the folder is empty or the MEMORY.DMP is not available, kindly share the Event viewer logs:
