WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE Error BSOD

2023-06-28T12:11:45+00:00

I've started having a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE Error all of a sudden and I'm not entirely sure why. I'm not very good at diagnosing issues like this but I was able to get my MiniDump File analyzed. I'll paste it in here below but I'd really appreciate any help I can get on this. Thank you in advance.

I've ran a chkdsk and it came up with no issues.

Your chipset driver ay be up to date, it may also be corrupt, that driver needs to be re-installed.

With regards to BIOS, that would also be available on the support page for your P, if there is an update newer than your current version.

All your minidump files indicate it is the driver on your Intel chipset that is causing the system crashes.

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of chipset drivers they recommend and while there, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed

Thanks very much for confirming, since its a driver issue that's a bit more of a relief.

I've just checked on the HP Website there about my drivers and it says that my drivers are up to date.

In regards to my BIOS updates, where would I go to install/check for those? The same HP website?

    Hi Alex,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

    Hi Dave,

Thank you for the reply. Here are all the MiniDumps I have. Hope this helps diagnose the issue, it seems to be a driver issue but I'm struggling to locate what driver or what can be done.

    Minidump.zip

    Kind Regards,

    Alex.
