You're welcome, and good luck!
Pc stuttering irregularly
Hi guys in september 2022 i bought a new pc with these specs:
I7 12700K
32GB RAM 3200mhz
nvidia geforce 3070
1tb ssd nvme
corsair rm750 psu
and since day 1 i'm having a problem with the pc, it casually start stuttering for like milliseconds and sometimes all the usbs get unplugged, fps drop and i hear like a scratching sound if i'm listening something (music, videos on yt, discord vc) i've tried to format it many times but nothing changed, i've also tried to change ram to a lower hertz/rate but nothing really changed.
The fact is that the pc don't give any error that can be linked to the problem...
The only error i get is: " Sessione "PerfDiag Logger" interrotta a causa dell'errore seguente: 0xC0000188 "
(yes, i've the pc in italian language).
searching online seems none had my problem, if someone can help me i would be really thankful :D

2023-06-19T13:38:11+00:00 I might suggest to consider updating the BIOS. The present BIOS version appears to be 1008 from Jan 2022 and there have been several updates since then.
Also, consider any available firmware updates.
Also, try disabling Fast Startup as the Event Logs suggest an issue with Fast Startup:

Also, the System Information show several Intel devices that are missing drivers. You could try installing available Intel Chipset drivers available from ASUS for the motherboard.

2023-06-18T12:43:24+00:00 Hi,
Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):
Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file
Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.
Also, can you do the following:
Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file
Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.
Here's a link on using OneDrive:
