    Hi Dave.

The WpSystem folder is located at D Drive.

I right clicked the folder went to properties then clicked security. But I all see an error saying

"The requested security information is either unavailable or can't be displayed."

I do have bunch of stuff stored on that drive. Mostly pics, vids, and music only.

Mainly the C drive is where I keep my downloads, like games and whatnot.

Do you have a lot of data on that D drive and do you have Windows set to use the D drive for new downloads from the Microsoft Store?

    Hi Allan,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Where is that WPSystem folder located is it on the C drive or another drive?

    2

That is a highly protected system folder for the Store apps, you can try to change the owner on that folder to see if you can then remove that folder from WPSystem.

Right click the WPSystem folder and select Properties

On the resulting dialog, select the Security tab and click Advanced.

Note down the current owner of that folder

Then, click the 'Change' button beside the owner

Add a new use named Everyone and apply that as the owner

When that process completed, check if you can take your folder of data out of that folder.
