Empty music folder?

Hi,

Music files that I store on my pc have become unavailable after a Windows update. (I don't access them regularly, so I'm not sure which update it was.)

All of the files show that there is data for my songs or albums, but if I open a folder it says that the folder is empty. This happens for all folders.

I found a could of suggestions about showing hidden files, but no success.

Any help here would be most appreciated!

    Hello,

Yes, I do have 365 installed and I opened the One Drive folder. Nothing stored in there other than a few photos.

All of the “empty” album folders appear just as they always have, all lined up in alpha order, when I click on the music icon, except they are empty.

Do you have O365 installed/Activated? as if so they will be in File Explorer, the OneDrive folder
