2023-06-02T18:49:13+00:00 It could be malware since the file "windows11instaiiation.scr" has a wrong spelling.
Can you try to use Autoruns to remove it?
- Download the Autoruns(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/d...)
- Extract the file(Autoruns.zip).
- Open the extracted folder then run Autoruns.exe as Administrator.
- Find the process with "Image Path"- " C:\Users\lucas\AppData\Local\windows11installationassistant\windows11instaiiation.scr" .
- Right-click that process, click Delete.
- Close the program then restart the PC.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
