What are the steps to reinstall the Microsoft? Is the installation for time only ?

Hi,
Windows clean installation not only consume a longer time, it will also clean all your data in system drive. If you choose disk format, you will lost every thing in this computer.
We are not sure why you want to reinstall Windows, but if you encounter system issue, we could Reset computer through Settings\Update&Security\Recovery\Reset this PC. It takes a short time, and more easy to perform.
If you are using previous system version of Windows 10, we could resolve system issue through upgrade to latest system version. Go to Windows 10 and choose "update now".
