Hi Lucy,
The link provided seems to be to an AI page, no automated reply / answer was generated and so far no manual created answer either. Is there another forum within support that I can post to?
Thanks!

Dear jaymax36XL
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I understand that your current problem seems to be related to network shared folders, where you are sharing folders on two computers, but on one computer you can't see the shared folders on the other computer anymore. If my description doesn't match your reality, please correct me in your reply.
I would really like to make some valid suggestions for you, but the issues with network shared folders is beyond the reach of the response support community.
It is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn (English only), you can click on "Ask a question". Designed to serve advanced users just like you, there are more professional support agents and volunteers who will help you.
Here is a link to the forum where you can raise specific scenarios and share your idea to solve the problem.
I won't be able to help you, but I'll leave that question open in case any of our great volunteers have ideas for you.
Best regards
