That is perfect David, glad to help!
Cannot open saved files
Despite earlier advice form the Community I am still unable to open files saved in Documents/Pictures folders.
I am using a Lenovo desktop computer with Windows 10 software. In particular (and possibly in other cases) , when I prepare a document using Open Office 3.1 (either Calc or Writer), and 'Save as' (HTML Document - Open Office.org Writer) the file is saved but cannot be opened.. A choice of methods is offered but none appears to be able to open. (eg Adobe Acrobat gives message ' Not supported file or file damaged'). A similar difficulty is experienced when a document prepared by completing a stored 'blank' pro forma (used frequently for submitting a monthly feedback report) and saving to 'Documents. As recommended previously I have run an AVG virus security check with no adverse result. Additionally an attempt to run the recommended CMD administrator program failed as I was unable to complete the instructions provided.
I apologise for submitting this question again but did not receive a response from the follow-up forwarded previously.
Many thanks Regards David Cater

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Do you use OneDrive or some other cloud service to sync your files to the cloud, OneDrive is usually enabled by default and syncs the Documents, Pictures and Desktop folders automatically.
Disable OneDrive or any other Cloud service you may use and then test if you can open those documents.
If not, move a document out of the Documents, Pictures or Desktop folder to another location and test if you can then open that document.
