Thank you for that information, your Windows version seems to be fully up to date, that update that s installing is only an optional preview update, is that failing to install?

Hi DaveM121 Thanks for you time

SITUATION update : I tried a simple restart
[I read online about UAC so i kept UAC at full level - so now pc asks admin perms]
the PC acutally restarted and now
I can access Windows update panel see SS
BUT IT IS STUCK AT 20%
Now instead of 2 process there is only one that is using 25-30% of CPU Please see SS

also Taskbar icons have appeared with action center as well
I tried running windows toubleshooter - it gave a pending restart result - however when i tried to restart
the restart got stuck on "~~~geting Windows ready dont turn of pc " the loading Cicle animation was running tho

i forceshutdown pc - and start - and then cmd it for sfc scan - then it say no courpt file found
    however dism dosnt work

there is no malware or virus on my PC cause i use Quick heal AV TS

    Hi OneWinBird.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Those two processes are part of the Windows update process, the main problem on your PC is that it not updating correctly and constantly running those tasks.

Click your Start button, then just type winver and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
