Thank you for that information, your Windows version seems to be fully up to date, that update that s installing is only an optional preview update, is that failing to install?
2 processes are taking all CPU usage
it started a few days ago , Firstly edge would lag , then it started freezing
now it wont open
Today - Ondrivesetup was using my CPU 25 % RAM 100 MB approx
but wasn't doing anything
I tried all possible ways to stop things from task manager and control panel uninstall feature section
I tried doing windows updates but they wont download
so i disabled it for 7 days - now it doesnt even load up
My action center button doesnt work - pinned app icons are gone from taskbar
there are 2 process that I cant stop at all
which area taking upto 50% of my CPU and making PC hot
SFC scan now doesnt work - they CMD doesnt five a response

SITUATION update : I tried a simple restart
[I read online about UAC so i kept UAC at full level - so now pc asks admin perms]
the PC acutally restarted and now
I can access Windows update panel see SS
BUT IT IS STUCK AT 20%
Now instead of 2 process there is only one that is using 25-30% of CPU Please see SSalso Taskbar icons have appeared with action center as well
I tried running windows toubleshooter - it gave a pending restart result - however when i tried to restart
the restart got stuck on "~~~geting Windows ready dont turn of pc " the loading Cicle animation was running thoi forceshutdown pc - and start - and then cmd it for sfc scan - then it say no courpt file found
however dism dosnt workthere is no malware or virus on my PC cause i use Quick heal AV TS

Those two processes are part of the Windows update process, the main problem on your PC is that it not updating correctly and constantly running those tasks.
Click your Start button, then just type winver and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
