Mouse settings keep reverting back to multiple lines at a time after reboot

Hi,

I set it to one screen at a time. However, after reboot, it always revert back to multiple lines at a time.

I have Microsoft mouse and keyboard center installed. Not sure if it has anything to do with it.

Any way to fix it?

    Have you tried uninstalling the Mouse and Keyboard Center to see if it will help? This could also be caused by outdated driver and to help you troubleshoot, I suggest following the steps in the link I shared below.
