I have already tried sfc /scannow, DISM and also did a complete laptop reset but to no avail.
Other problems my laptop are having:
* The time on my windows doesn't update (eg when I turn on my laptop my time will be the time when I shut down the laptop and not the current time, sometimes the clock will go back in time by a few minutes without changing timezones)
* Everytime I open event viewer I get a mmc.exe error before it opens

2023-06-13T17:14:53+00:00 Hi,
This has not helped at all. I followed the steps you suggested but I am still encountering errors.
Furthermore, when I go to event viewer, I get an error saying that there is an issue with acgenral.dll. When trying to register this I get an error. So I ran startup repair and that too failed.
I get another error when checking Event Viewer:

Trying to register ucrtbase.dll via command prompt gave me a DLLRegisterServer error and acgenral.dll was not found event though it is there in system32
