There is no Out-of-the-Box solution for this feature. But you can use a 3rd party product like Remote Executer to achieve it.

The RDP works great but we always have the problem with VideoConf links when they click on it in Outlook (RemoteApp). We don't wan't them to use it on the server, instead locally. Is there a way to open those links locally?
If not, is there a easy way to display them a message with such a link, to inform them that they should open it locally?

If the end user open the outlook remoteapp and go to File >Options >Advanced >Link Handling, then select "open supported hyperliks to office files in office desktop apps" in outlook,will the same issue happen?

There is message setting on RDgateway server, we can go to property of RDgateway server and set it like below picture. We can change the content of message to meet our target.
