Hello, I have the same issue. Just started maybe a few months ago. I can't really pin point a time. I didn't receive any errors on any windows updates I have done and I can't tell which update may of caused this as there are many that were done in the last few months. Any other way to troubleshoot this?
How to solve error code 8007012A?
Hii,
I dont know when, but at some point after an update I couldnot log in in my one drive account. The errors I get are 80090016 and 8007012A. I did deleted the TMP and I did check the troubleshooter options for windows and it detected a problem with microsoft. Then I checked with cmd, restarted my computer and it still doesnot work. I also cannot open any microsoft apps like word, powerpoint or onedrive.
On different laptops my microsoft schoolaccount works and I have no problem with logging in.
