I tried to enter the code generated by the app but the page shows that my response is invalid so I couldn't pair my device and login. What do I do to fix this?

Are you referring to the Authenticator app?
Are you using Microsoft Account or Azure Account?
Is there any error code?
Are you using Windows Server?
Yess.. I'm using Microsoft account.
As soon as I enter the code.. it displays that my response is invalid
Have you setup the two step verifications?
Are you able to login to your account?
Check and make sure you setup the Authenticator for the correct user account.

I got it fixed. Actually the code generated by the app is time based. And the prblm is the time of my both the devices didn't match i.e my mobile phone and my computer had a time difference more than a minute. I changed the time settings and finally I was able to login.
