Help interpreting Memory Dump file, please!

My computer is frequently restarting (usually right after reboot from the last restart, or shortly thereafter). I'd recently had the computer repaired at Microcenter, where they deduced there were no problems, but that it might help to reinstall windows. After bringing the computer home, I reinstalled all of my other software, used it for a day or two, and now wake up to chaos.

Here's my current Memory Dump file, which I don't know how to interpret:

Command:

    Hello James Addink,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

It looks like you found the dmp log file, and although you shared its contents here, it doesn't look like you're running**! analyze -v** command, so what is shared here is not a diagnostic record.

You can try to upload the latest dmp file to OnrDrive, and then share it with me here, I can analyze the dmp log provided by you to troubleshoot the problem.

Remember to convert the dmp file to Small Memort Dump:

Press Windows key + S key, enter Control in the search bar, find and open "Control Panel" > System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings, Write Debug Information Select "Small Memory Dump", OK and restart the computer.

Please rest assured that Microsoft will not collect your personal privacy for any reason, we only collect the information necessary to solve the problem.

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,

Mitchell - | Microsoft community support expert from MSFT
