Having researched, it seems like Highresolution Entreprises makes software for mouse control.
If you do not use "Spec-Ify" anymore, then you can safely delete the driver.

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, and I'm here to help !
Inpoutx64.sys is a driver used for RGB-related software. If you have gaming hardware or any kind of device which has RGB lights in it, it is probably used to control these lights.
You have to uninstall the software that uses this driver and then, you'll be able to launch Valorant again.
Feel free to ask if you have any other question !
Okay ! Make sure you've created a restore point beforehand.
Open the Registry Editor by typing "regedit" in the Windows search bar and open it.
Follow this path : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\inpoutx64
The "inpoutx64" you're looking for is on the left section of the window, where you can see all of the folders.
Delete the folder by right-clicking on it.
Once done, restart your PC.
Once restarted, open the File Explorer and look for the following file : C:\Windows\System32\drivers\inpoutx64.sys
Find it, and delete it.
Keep me updated !
Hey, I deleted the registry key, and the notification from Vanguard is gone, BUT, before I go on with the driver deletion, I found out the company its from, it's supposedly from "Highresolution Enterprises" any iseas what this is?
In the past, did you install this kind of software to your computer ? There might be remainders of the previous install on your PC.
I can show you how to delete the driver if you're sure that it is not being used anymore.
