Python environment change error

I have problem with change Python environment. I installed python 3.7 with Visual Studio and after that I installed python 3.9 from https://www.python.org. Now I want to change to this second bcs 3.7 doesnt want work with pygame library and I have sth like that:100576-image.png

    It seems that the python 3.9 installation is damaged. I suggest you uninstall the python 3.9 to fix the error.
