Does Microsoft 'Paint3D' support hyperlinks for embedded text?
If 'YES' how do insert a hyperlink?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Paint3D does not support hyperlinks, and I assume the main problem with inserting hyperlinks into a file in that app would be the exported image formats for saving completed Paint3D projects like JPG and PNG do not support live hyperlinks
