    @Maya Sharma
    Hi,
    When did this issue start to occur?
    Before the issue happened, did you do any modifications? Or install any updates?

    Flickering screen can be caused by graphic card and software problems.
    I would suggest you Enable low-resolution video (640×480). You can use this mode to reset your display settings. You can also try performing system restore and check.

    Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)

    Also, you could try updating the latest graphic card and motherboard chipset drivers and check if that fixes the issue. Visit the manufacturer’s website and install the drivers.

    Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

    Hope above information can help you.

    Hello,

    Try updating your display drivers to latest version.

    Also, suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

    1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
    3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
    4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

    If issue still persists, perform clean boot:
