Stuck on loading screen while downgrading

Hi! I installed windows 11 but i didnt like it so i wanted to go back to windows 10, but heres come the problem, everything looked fine until my pc restared and rin into black screen with loading dots. I waited like 3 hours and nothing happend. I tried to restart my pc but nothing changed. Please is there anything i can do?

    Hi ondra,

    You can try using another working computer to download the ISO file to create the installation media and refer to the steps provided in the link below to help recover your computer. If you do not have another computer, then you can use someone else (e.g. a family member, friend, etc.). Or you can contact the relevant computer repair person to assist you.

    Disclaimer: At this point, I recommend that we try to perform a clean install to get your computer back into a working condition. Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more.

    So if i understand you are telling me to install some kind of file but how when i cant enter to my pc.

    Hi, when i do the reset this pc, everythinings looks normal but around 50% it says that it cant be done so nothing happends. Also the system restore didnt work. Is there any other ways to fix my problem? Thanks

    I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

    Power ON your computer and as Windows / manufacturer's Logo appears, Power OFF - Repeat 3 times.

    Now your computer will go into Advanced Recovery Environment

    Advanced Options - Troubleshoot - Advanced Options -

    1. System restore - Choose a date time before this issue starts

    or

    1. Reset this PC - Keep files - Local reinstall
