power shell command issue

to complete my assigned work i need to do this but how many times iam trying to execute that dism.exe command it is showing the same error even after changing the environment variables. I changed my bios settings to visualization as enabled.

    Thank you for that information.

    Open the System Variables dialog, then in the bottom pane, double click the Path variable, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

    dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart

    this is the command is executed in power shell and the error obtained is dism.exe is not recognized
