Reporting a problem about skype for Business 2019 MSO on typing with persian characters Hello and greetings to the creators of the Skype project.

Question

First of all, let me to thank you for all of your great works to make accessible apps and products with highest quality, thank you for your hard working.

I have Skype® for Business 2019 MSO (16.0.13929.20360) 64-bit in my organization, I have Windows 10 on my clients

In Windows 10, when chatting with Persian loss, cluttered words are sent(Wrong wording)

For example, if I want to say

(Are you going to school?)

(به مدرسه می روی)

This is how it is sent

(می روی به مدرسه)

And all my systems have this problem.

Server skype 2019 : Server 2019 standard

client: windows 10 Enterprise

Thanks for your feedback.

I tested this in my lab and the result is the same as yours. The content what I type and what I send is different.

Currently, there is no such problem listed in known issue.
Meanwhile, we have no more efficient solutions to your scenario. We will do more research and any update I will share with you here.

for resolving, we uninstalled office and installed office again, and this is important that you must disable the update after installing immediately.
we had this problem in office 2019 and 2021 versions, and we should disable the update because the office will be updated immediately.
