I’ve lost access to login as admin. Is it possible to reset without losing files, apps and programs to regain login to windows 10?

I’m unable to find the correct system32. I only see under Boot X and C drive.

I saw an option to reset to Windows 8. Could that work then upgrade to 10 again?

    Hi,

resetting without deleting programs and apps is impossible as far as I know.

You can reset while keeping files, I'm unsure if that will recreate the user accounts though. So it may not even solve your problem.

    Sincerely,

    LightJack
