Hello there,

I wonder why I can't connect with a remote desk with Hamachi Logmein. When I click on "Browse", it came up with my own document. After trying almost all methods including unprotect the Hamachi by the Firewall or change settings for network sharing and so on, I still can't access to this VPN, and this Hamachi has no internet access in Network and Sharing Center.

This is for Windows 10.

When I tried with my mac system, the app also asked a registered user information including name and password, but the remote desktop didn't set up such thing.

My team members can log into Hamachi and successfully browse the remote computer without changing any settings. I don't know where my computer goes wrong.

Can I use other VPN apps to log in? I never tried.

Appreciate your help!

@Shu Yu Thank you for reaching out to Miccrosoft Q&A.

I understand that you are having issues with logging in from Hamachi logmein. I assume you are using the P2S VPN and you are unable to connect to it, please correct me otherwise.

Here is the process to connect to P2S VPN: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-gateway-howto-point-to-site-resource-manager-portal

Depending upon the type of authentication that you choose for P2S VPN, you may be asked for a username/password while logging in. Please check with your administator that setup P2S VPN regarding the login details.

If you would like to use other VPN clients to connect to P2SVPN, Please refer to this document for more details.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance and we will be glad to do the same. Thank you!
