Device Security - Yellow Triangle!

Something I installed must have also installed Norton 360. I uninstalled, rebooted,, then noticed a shiels with a yellow triangle in my hidden icons on the taskbar. I click and it takes me to Security at a glance. Inder Device Security there is a yellow triangle & it says "Local Security Authority protection is off. Your device may be vulnerable". I click on Go to settings and get this message, "Page not available. The page you are trying to access has no supported features and is not available."

Is this something I should be concerned about?

Well, I see that Microsoft is working on a solution to this.

As far as the page not loading, it does now. When I check under Security processor details, it says, "No TPM available. Please check your BIOS settings". I checked and iTPM is enabled, as it always was. Guess I'll just dismiss the notification.

    Hi,

The option is a new security feature recently added by Microsoft. Having it off is not a big concern, but after all why leave it off. 😉

it's weird that the page doesn't load...

Can you share a screenshot of the page that shows up when you go to "Device Security" under Windows Security? And then also (is possible) if you click on "Core isolation details" under "Core Isolation"?

    Sincerely,

    LightJack
