Do you have Office Outlook? You should repair it as shown here:

    https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/repair...

That's the most persistent error crash, but it may not be the cause of the crash. The Nvidia graphics card is the prime suspect, so follow all of the steps given earlier for nvlddmkm crash.

The Display driver is so important here that merely updating it might not be enough. Try everything here to make sure:

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.

Hello Wilson. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

If any steps cannot be performed normally then try them in 1) Safe Mode with Networking (so you have internet) or 2) Safe Mode, accessed by one of the illustrated steps in this guide: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-saf....

You will need to use your password to get into Safe Mode as a PIN is not accepted.

If Safe Mode and Windows won't run or is not stable enough, I will show you how to use the built-in WinRE Repair Mode or bootable media to do all below as well as other repairs for Windows 10, leading up to if necessary creating a new Local Admin account, doing a Reset or gold standard Clean Install:

    1. Try these fixes for nvlddmkm crash here first:

    https://technclub.com/guides/nvlddmkm-sys-blue-...

    1. If nothing there works then try these additional fixes for crashes in windows 10: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
