Windows Hello & Sleep Problem

I am having two issues with my Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro running Windows 10.

  1. Windows Hello: Despite my device having a built-in camera, I cannot seem to get Windows Hello to work. The toggle button is missing in the settings and the error message says, "This option is currently unavailable" and "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face". I need your help in getting this feature to work properly, or at least a way to disable it completely. Additionally, when I lock my device, Windows Hello keeps trying to recognize my face, also in the settings, Windows Hello turns out to be unavailable.
  2. Sleep: My laptop is not going to sleep properly. Whenever I set it to sleep, the lock screen comes up immediately and starts trying to recognize my face repeatedly. I believe this issue may be related to the Windows Hello problem mentioned above, but I need your assistance in resolving this issue as well.

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Hi Connor,

This is Tamal trying to help you with the sleep issue.

The issue could be due to absence of some power/chipset/graphics related drivers in the system. Please update those either from Samsung support site (If you can locate driver downloads) or from Start>settings>windows update>advanced>optional updates> install any optional updates available there.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/samsung-updat... you can try their updater tool if already installed or downloading from store.
