ND A100 v4-series
8x Tesla A100 GPU instance

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/nda100-v4-series

These seem to be brand new with the linked article published 3 days ago. I haven't found them available for deployment yet, at least for pay-as-you-go.

Products by region overview shows nothing yet:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/?products=virtual-machines

Does anyone know of an estimate when these will be available and what regions they will be available in (educated guesses fine too..) ?

Thank you, best regards,
Paul

Please find the blog with more details and link to resources: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/azure-announces-general-availability-of-scaleup-scaleout-nvidia-a100-gpu-instances-claims-title-of-fastest-public-cloud-super/

The supported regions for this series are:

    • US East
    • US West 2
    • US South Central
    • West Europe

It is outlined as follows in the blog: "And today, as ND A100 v4 goes to general availability, we’re announcing the immediate availability of the world’s fastest public cloud supercomputers on-demand, near you, through four Azure regions: East United States, West United States 2, West Europe, and South Central United States."

This is the best place for finding the regions supported for a VM size: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/global-infrastructure/services/?regions=all&products=virtual-machines

I have shared the feedback with the doc author and working on getting the Azure doc updated with this information.

EDIT: The document has been updated with regions supported information as below:
