Cannot get into my account using authenticator app

Hello,

I had the authenticator app on my old phone which worked; however, when I got a new phone and logged into my account, the authenticator does not show my tenant (Contoso) and I cannot access it or log into my account at all. I need help with this issue so I can continue to use my tenant in AD. I also tried using the code from the app, but that also did not work as the alternative option.
