Getting dialog box from outlook - another program is trying to access email addresses stored in outlook

just started to occur this morning, have isolated it to a MS AV upgrade, have an ms access vba perform a blast email, must accept to continue

Agree with Viorel. As a supplement, have you checked the antivirus status in your Outlook(File>Options>Truster center>Trust center settings>Programmatic Access)? Based on my research, the issue may occur when the status displays as invalid, If it's your case, it's recommended to first check your antivirus programs and restart your computer to test.

If the issue still exists, I noticed the issue seems to occur when you work with a vba program, is it right? If so, whether others who also work with this vba also have this issue? If it could be reproduced on other client, the issue may be related to this vba. If you do need it, please try to follow the article that viorel mentioned to change the option in trust center to check.
