I can't get paired my Microsoft number pad and PC (Windows 10). In PC it shows Microsoft Number Pad is paired, but the pad is not working when I press it. I don't how to fix this.

Are you using a laptop? Sometimes, glitches may happen so I suggest completely turning off the device and then try to connect to it again. Shut down the device properly and then once it is off, press the power button for about 5 seconds or until the led lights are completely off. Wait for a couple of minutes and then turn it on to see if the issue is fixed.
