Powershell Script to browse webapplication

Question

Hi Team,

I have webapplication those are microsoft biztalk services hosted in IIS ,

When i restarted the server then my webapplications are not working once first time I browse then it is working.

Could you please suggest powershell script to browse the webapplication..?
