Connection loop fix?

Hello I have I installed a new USB creation tool os of windows 10 into my laptop. I have done this to just get a new start since I felt like windows 11 wasn’t for me. There’s an issue however. I’m stuck in a loop of “checking the connection to Microsoft. This might take a while. And it just loops back to the WiFi. I have search for so long and have found nothing over the situation is there anyway I can be helped?

    During Setup ignore the option to "connect to a network' and click "I do not have internet" and confirm the creation of a Local account. When the installation is complete you can sign in to a Microsoft account.
