Intermittent lag

After I recently updated to a new version of win11, I went from a really crappy system to an even crappier one.

My computer is constantly lagging intermittently (definitely not an old machine) and, worse, occasionally completely dead. I could only see still images, but could hear sounds. At the same time the fan spins furiously and I can't respond to clicking the mouse or any keys. Don't tell me to open Task Manager with ctrl+shift+del because it's completely unresponsive!

I'm going crazy with this problem. win11 is a piece of ****, there is nothing worse than it, if there is, I have to use this piece of ****!

Anyone encountered a similar problem? How to solve it? Please excuse my tone, because this bug just ruined my experiment.

    Hi there

This is Tamal trying to help you with the issue.

Sorry to hear about your misery. Please provide your PC specification or model details to help me understand the issue better.

General slowness can be attributable to presence of HDD instead of SSD as system disk and low amount of RAM (less than 8GB is considered low for a windows 11 PC). Other reasons can be PC is thermally throttling due to loose contact between Processor and GPU with the thermal solution. Power supply inadequate or loose contact in power connectors can also cause intermittent lag. As fans spin furiously two factors are possible in your PC, throttling and the first two reasons I mentioned.
