5600x, b550m pro vdh wifi, 3060, 3600mhz, windows 10. crashed during CS:GO. came back online saying CPU overheated on screen.
I did the CMD check for corrupt files thing and it found and repaired some.
I downloaded HWMonitor and I see 85*C in CCD#0 in games. So I have bought a new after market cooler - will soon.
I updated my GPU drivers + updated some other drivers with Driver easy.

I forgot to inform you about the analysis of the minidump file you sent.
The minidump does not mention any 3rd party driver as the cause of the crash. This reinforces the point that the overheating issue may have been the cause of the BSOD.

Overheating can cause BSOD issues. Since you received the alert and saw that your CPU is reaching over 80ºC, this seems to have been the cause of the BSOD.
Maybe you don't even need to change the cooler. Cleaning your cooler and heatsink and reapplying the thermal paste may be enough to resolve the overheating issue.
