    Hi @Praveen j ,

    Welcome to Q&A forum.

Per my knowledge, if you would like to upgrade your Office 2007 to a later version, you may need to purchase a license of later Office version.
As issues related to billing of Office products is not supported in Q&A forum currently, to better help you, it's suggested to contact Microsoft Support directly. Thanks for your understanding.

Besides, please note that support for Office 2010 ended on October 13, 2020, it's recommended to upgrade Office to a newer version like Office 2019.

Here is an official article "How do I upgrade Office?", it may be helpful to you, please have a look.

Hope the information could be helpful to you.
