so when I try to open appt it shows that there is a network issue stopping us from opening your ppt can someone help

    Besides, I have some following questions.

    • What version of Office and Windows system are you using now?
    • Where does the presentation with issue locate?
      If it is saved on OneDrive, SharePoint or on shared folder, please download it locally to check this issue.
      Besides, please note, TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support is being deprecated by Microsoft. If your connections for Office services rely on these TLS protocols, it's best to remove the dependencies on TLS 1.0 and 1.1 and upgrade to TLS 1.2 as soon as possible. If it is saved on local disk, how did you open the presentation?
      Open by double-clicking the file or by going to File> Open to open in PowerPoint?
    • Does this issue only occurs with this special presentation or all presentations? Do other Office files (such as, Word documents and Excel files) have this issue?
